The confirmation of a reservation in any of the properties managed by Sa Talaia Blanca implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

All properties managed by Sa Talaia Blanca are Adults Only.

1. Identification of the Owner

JUJUY S.L., with Tax ID (CIF) B07563893 and registered address at Calle Jaume III nº 25, 07458 Can Picafort (Balearic Islands), markets the accommodations under the brand name Sa Talaia Blanca through the website www.satalaiablanca.com

Hereinafter referred to as “The Property”.

The client making the reservation shall be referred to as “The Guest”.

2. Booking Process and Payment Schedule

2.1 Reservation Confirmation

The reservation will be confirmed upon payment of 30% of the total amount as a deposit.

2.2 Balance Payment

The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date.

If payment is not received within the established deadline, The Property reserves the right to cancel the reservation in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.

2.3 Bookings Made Less Than 30 Days Before Arrival

If the reservation is made within 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.

2.4 Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
• Bank transfer.

All prices are expressed in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation Policy

70% of the payments made will be refundable if the cancellation is made at least 42 days before the arrival date.

For cancellations made less than 42 days prior to arrival, payments made are non-refundable.

In case of No Show, no refund will be issued.

4. Security Deposit

A pre-authorization of €300 will be made on the Guest’s credit card on the day of arrival.

This pre-authorization will be released within a maximum of 2 days after departure, provided that no damage, excessive cleaning, breaches of conditions, or losses have occurred.

The Guest shall be responsible for any damage caused during the stay.

5. Adults Only Policy

All properties managed by Sa Talaia Blanca are exclusively for guests over 16 years of age.

The accommodation of minors under 16 years old is strictly prohibited.

If the Guest makes a reservation including minors under 16 years of age, The Property reserves the right to cancel the reservation immediately.

If the cancellation occurs within the non-refundable period (less than 42 days before arrival), no refund will be issued.

If guests arrive at the property with minors under 16 years of age, the reservation may be cancelled immediately without compensation or refund.

6. Sustainable Tourism Tax (ITS)

The Sustainable Tourism Tax is a regional tax regulated by the Government of the Balearic Islands and applies to tourist stays.

The tax may be paid before or during the stay, depending on the booking channel.

7. Occupancy and Use of the Accommodation

Maximum occupancy is as stated in the booking confirmation.

The following are not permitted:

• Exceeding the authorized occupancy
• Organizing parties or events without prior authorization
• Using the accommodation for purposes other than tourist residential use

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance

The accommodation is delivered clean and equipped with bed linen and towels.

For stays longer than 5 nights, an intermediate cleaning may be provided.

Authorized staff may access the property for maintenance, garden, or pool services when necessary.

9. Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations.

10. Pets

Pets are not allowed.

11. Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Check-out: before 10:00 AM

Late arrivals must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

12. Liability

The Property shall not be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.

13. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure circumstances that prevent the provision of the contracted service, The Property may offer alternative accommodation or proceed with a refund of the amounts paid.

14. Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Inca (Mallorca), waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
