Exclusive and romantic apartment for 2 guests, part of the agrotourism property “Sa Talaia Blanca”. It is laid out on a single loft-style floor with views of a small orange grove garden. An ideal place to relax and enjoy nature.

The house is located on a rural estate on the north coast of Mallorca, specifically in Muro, very close (4 km) to the tourist area of Can Picafort and the famous beach “Es Capellans”.

SPACE

The house is built on one single ground-floor loft layout. It features a spacious and comfortable bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom, and a living area with a modern, fully equipped adjoining kitchen. There is also a private terrace overlooking the orange grove garden.

Inside the house you will find a bright, spacious, and cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). In the living room and kitchen area, you will have everything needed to prepare your meals: ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, and washing machine.

The entire house is equipped with air conditioning (heating and cooling system) and Wi-Fi access.

The outdoor areas of the agrotourism property “Sa Talaia Blanca” are shared with other guests. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. These areas include: chlorinated swimming pool, sun loungers, gardens, reception, and parking.

Within our facilities, you will find a peaceful and secluded environment away from mass tourism, offering you an exclusive and tranquil stay. Immerse yourself in the serenity of the rural surroundings.

The house is located on a rural estate on the north coast of Mallorca, specifically in Muro, very close (4 km) to the tourist area of Can Picafort and the well-known Es Capellans beach.

The nearest town is Can Picafort, where you will find a peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere with all the amenities you may need: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and more.

GETTING AROUND

The distance from Palma Airport to Sa Talaia Blanca is approximately 60 km (about 45 minutes by car). Renting a car is highly recommended.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES

Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests must maintain respectful behavior to ensure everyone’s well-being.

Shower towels (white towels) may not be taken from the apartment to the pool area.

Please take care of the furniture and electronic equipment. Any damage or breakage will be the responsibility of the guest.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire establishment.

Inviting friends from other accommodations to the apartment is not permitted unless previously authorized by reception.

Please use the recycling containers properly.

When leaving the apartment, please turn off the air conditioning.
